Departure & Check out
Check-out is possible until 11:00 AM. Enjoy a relaxed morning.
To make your departure as easy as possible, you can use our online check-out. We will then send your invoice to you by email.Would you like to stay in bed a little longer? The regular check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you would like a late check-out, please contact us in advance. We charge €10 per started hour, and from 4:00 PM onwards the full daily rate will apply.
We are happy to check availability to make your departure as relaxed as possible.
We are happy to store your luggage while our reception is staffed. Just speak to our reception team.
Arrival & Check in
You can check in from 3:00 PM. To make your arrival as smooth as possible, please complete the online check-in beforehand. This allows us to process the legally required registration data so you can relax as soon as you arrive.
To comply with local registration laws, please fill out our online check-in before your arrival. We will send you a personalized link where you can easily enter or confirm your details.
For safety reasons, the main entrance closes at 9:30 PM. No worries – late arrival is simple! Please notify us in advance so we can send you the door and key code and ensure your check-in goes smoothly.
Planning to arrive a bit earlier? If you want an early check-in, contact us in advance. We’ll check availability and do our best to help you start your stay relaxed.
Cafe & Bar
Enjoy our rich, regional breakfast with a wide selection for only €18 per guest. External guests are also welcome and pay €25.

Weekend: 8:00 AM – 10:30 AM (during trade fairs starting on weekends already from 7:00 AM)
Our honesty bar is located on the ground floor, where you will find a selection of cold beverages.

Parking & Transportation
Besides the many parking spaces around the hotel, we also offer our own underground garage in Düsseldorf.
You can also park conveniently on all surrounding streets.
Parking is free all day on Sundays, public holidays, and weekdays between 8:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
From Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, you should buy a parking ticket at the respective parking meter (maximum parking time 2 hours) or drive directly into the underground garage (ticketless) at Gartenstr. 2 in the PARK ONE Dreicubenhaus (approx. 70 m from the hotel). Costs: €3 per hour, €24 for 24 hours.
The garage uses license plate recognition.

Attach them to the bike racks in front of the hotel. Do not bring them into your room.
The Schloss Jägerhof stop is only a 3–4 minute walk (approx. 250–300 m) and connects to tram and bus lines. The Nordstraße Stadtbahn station is about a 10–12 minute walk away.

Messe Düsseldorf: approx. 6 km, ~15–20 minutes by car or tram
Düsseldorf Airport (DUS): approx. 8 km, ~20 minutes by car or S-Bahn
Room & Equipment
For environmental reasons, we clean your room every two days. On request, we can also change your linens earlier.
All bedding is allergy-friendly.
All rooms have air conditioning, which is switched on from May to October. Please keep windows closed while it’s running.
Flatscreen satellite TV with over 50 channels, including 15 international channels from countries such as China and Russia. Some rooms have Smart TVs for Netflix with your own account.
Each room has a safe you can use free of charge. There is also a 24-hour hotel safe. The hotel is not responsible for valuables or cash stored in the room or safe.
Cosmetic products like shaving or dental care kits are available at the reception desk in exchange for a fee.

Extra pillows, blankets, umbrellas, adapters, or laptops are available at reception for free.
All rooms are non-smoking rooms. If you still insist on smoking in this room, we will charge a cleaning fee of 200 EUR. Should smoking trigger the smoke detector and lead to a fire department operation, at least 800 EUR will be charged.
Emergency escape plans are in your room and on the corridors.
No minibar. Cold drinks are available 24/7 at the bar.
Beds are 200 cm long; single beds 90–120 cm, double beds 160–180 cm wide. Baby beds available on request.
Shower gel is provided; all rooms have a hairdryer.

General Services
Our reception is staffed from 7:00 AM to 9:30 PM.
You are welcome to book through our booking platform
If you drop off your laundry at the reception from Monday to Friday by 8:30 AM, you will get it back the same evening. Laundry bags and the price list are also available at the reception.
We are happy to bring an ironing board and iron to your room. If you want your laundry ironed, please use our laundry service (limited availability, additional fees apply).
The shoe machines are located in the basement next to the restrooms.
You can make copies at the reception. Each black-and-white page costs €0.50, color copies €0.80 per page.
Incoming and outgoing mail can be picked up or dropped off at the reception. If sending mail, postage is required. Packages can be accepted after prior arrangement with the reception team.
We are a cashless hotel. We accept all major credit cards, EC and debit cards, as well as PayPal.
Want to order flowers? We’re happy to take your order at the reception (service fees and flower costs apply).
Pet Services
Pets are welcome in the hotel lounge and rooms. Fee: €10 per day (food not included).

The next Pharmacies are Jägerhof Apotheke (Duisburger Str. 86) and Malkasten Apotheke (Jacobistr. 7).
Please read the “Fire Safety Instructions” at or near your room door.
For your own safety, place take note of emergency exit signs, which are located on every corridor of the hotel.
Fitness, Jogging & Wellness
We unfortunately don't have a fitness room. However you are able to get a day pass in studios like EVO Fitness and many more. For further information as well as directions to the nearest studio, please ask one of our receptionists.
In front of the hotel there is a beautiful ambience to jog and run within the renowed Hofgarten park for athletic people. From there on out you will reach the riverbank of the Rhine and are able to run towards the media harbour or Kaiserswerth along the gorgeous Rhine until you run out of breath. Otherwise receptionists are at your disposal for ideas, Inspirations or directions with pleasure.
